Primary-backed ASL Group, a provider of critical workplace technology solutions, has announced the acquisition of Copyrite Digital Systems Limited.
Based in Liverpool, Copyrite specialises in the provision of document management solutions to a broad range of public and private sector customers. Following the acquisitions of B&M Digital and Sharples, Copyrite extends ASL’s reach in the North West.
Copyrite is the seventh acquisition ASL has completed with Primary’s support and continues ASL’s vision to be the largest independent workplace technology solutions provider in the UK, offering unified communications, software, document management and production print solutions as well as managed print services.
Commenting on ASL’s newest acquisition, Duncan Forsyth, CEO of ASL, said: “We are delighted to welcome Copyrite Systems to ASL. Copyrite have established a great reputation in Liverpool and pride themselves on being a highly professional and responsive service to their customers. It’s our mission to be able to provide impartial, independent advice for all business office requirements, and I am confident that this acquisition will allow us to offer a wider range of products and services to our customers.”
Alec Parkinson, Partner at Primary and non-executive director, commented: “We are delighted to support ASL on their continued acquisition journey and welcome the superb team at Copyrite Systems to the ASL Group. Copyrite is a highly complementary business to ASL and this combination enables Copyrite customers to benefit from the scale and broader offering provided by ASL.”
