Primary-backed ASL Group, a managed office services provider, has acquired Liverpool-headquartered managed print service (“MPS”) provider B&M Office Machines Ltd.
ASL has a defined strategy of acquiring high-quality MPS providers to create a leading managed services provider in the fragmented UK market. The purchase of B&M Digital, will further extend ASL’s provision of MPS across the Midlands and North West, providing customers with an enhanced level of service. The Group now supports over 7,000 customers with impartial, independent advice for all business office requirements.
