Primary is pleased to announce that portflio company ASL Group has aquired Reprotec.

Reprotec is the East Midlands largest independent office equipment supplier. Headquartered in Nottingham, it manages over 3,000 MIFs for around 1,000 clients across the East Midlands. The acquisition comes just a week after Primary completed the MBO of ASL Goup.
